Importé en France en 1936 et destiné à faire des croix pour Lourdes, les quelques plateaux restants de cette époque sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle.
Sa dureté lui confère un magnifique poli et sa rareté actuelle rend son utilisation très précieuse.
