Between scales and geometric shapes, like a puzzle, the pieces come together and interlock closely to the point of shattering at the top of the work, giving it a subtle and airy dimension.

Coupé sur dosse avec un effet moiré.
Bois au grain moyen de couleur rosée à brun rougeâtre et très finement veiné de rouge violacé.
Ce bubinga est arrivé dans les années 50-60 à St Jean en Royans (France) pour la tabletterie, un reste de cette époque révolue aujourd'hui.
Certaines personnes accordent le pouvoir au bubinga de repousser les esprits maléfiques.

Medium-grained wood, pink to reddish brown in color and very finely veined with purplish red.
This bubinga arrived in the years 50-60 on St Jean en Royans (France) for the tabletterie, a remnant of this bygone era today.
